Despite being 9 years old and stored in a less-than-optimal setting, this wine is surprisingly good. Sweet, somewhat madeirized nose typical of the Trevor Jones "Boots" dessert wines. Jammy fruit, tho lessened by age. Plenty of alcohol in the finish. I think what has helped this wine stay in good shape is its screwcap enclosure.
