Lightly chilled, popped and poured. Super dark colour, very deep dark ruby/pink. Very floral, inky, raspberry, deep, rich nose. On the palate this is clearly built as a red wine, and as it warms up it becomes very Rhone-like. Dense flavours of dark red fruits and rich flowers at the height of summer. Great with burgers on a sultry summer evening.

One glance at the just-poured glass tells you this is something special. Dark ruby red with an elegant necklace and deep red fruit aromas, this drinks like a high-end Tavel. Medium- to full-bodied with a lingering, slightly tannic finish. Cranberries, apple skin, raspberries and a touch of saline on the palate. Serve it with something substantial — ratatouille? roasted chicken? Nothing shy about this one. Drink now to 2025, possibly longer. Outstanding.

unique, beautiful wine. echoes of other much lighter mourvedre-based roses / shows varieal characteristics... but this is watermelon-colored, with a touch of dirt and spice, and it holds up like a red wine. really fun.

Dark in color for a rose. Deep, rich red and purple fruits. Sweet but not cloying. Moderate tannin. Long finish. Structure like it has 5-10 years of life in it. Not your every day Rose. This was awesome
