  • 88%,Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Tannat

Full body, deep purple color. Intense aroma, the raspberry on first attack followed with aeration by traditional black and red fruits, sweet spices and floral notes. Dominant blackberry, plum, sweet cherry and dark chocolate palate complemented by black olives and long finish. Rich bold and complex, lovely acidity and silky tannins but too powerful and alcoholic that affect balance and charm, however very impressive as usually. Food friendly, best match is medium rare meat but tasted with salads and cool, dry cured turkey. Serve 14º - 18º. Open one hour ahead. Drink now and next four/six years.
