Really pretty and floral nose with cherries, strawberries, and forest notes. Nice acidity on the palate with noticeable tannic structure, some evident but well integrated oak, more red and wild berries, violets, and cherries. Long finish. Wow, this is crazy good! Made with 100% new oak and you can taste some of it, but it's by no means obtrusive. Seriously impressive and promising wine. It does remind me a bit of Bizot, probably because of the floral and oak combination. 95+

PNP into Spiegelau Burgundy glass and Rona Burgundy glass side by side (“No” day): Pale ruby to the eyes.
This is showcasing the 2015 versus 2014 vintage (previously tasted) well - 2014 has a finer profile with a focus on minerality where it is perfect for a wine bar setting versus 2015 having a more complex and rich profile and can be paired with fine food well.
On the nose, this has smoky floral and ultra fine mix of blue, dark red and black berry fruits. Needless to the mention the expected cherry cola notes that seem to come in standard of the top producers of Burgundian rouges.
Very well-integrated and ‘mellow’ in a very nice way with such finesse that one can easy go through glass by glass. Complex sweet spices add to the finish with fruit and secondary notes largely consistent with the nose.
Such a complete wine balancing the complexity and drinkablility extremely well. What a wine! 95 points easy.

Nose 92 but tart in palate which improved on day 2. Hope this improves with some age. Try again in couple years
