  Brilliant gold in color. Initially moderate intensity to the aroma, green and yellow apples, with underlying hay and baking spices. Full in the mouth, with wonderful chalky texture, medium(+) finish and medium(+) acidity. One hour later, this wine was a blockbuster, aromas opened up and I spent fifteen minutes enjoying the aromas of my empty glass. This Chablis is developed, possibly slightly oxidized, but aromas so complex and engaging!! Rated 91 initially, but much higher with some time.

  Golden hay in color, with notes of rusty apple, lemon and pineapple. More minerals. Creamy, full bodied, acid is in check. Everything seemed in balance but tastes a bit more developed than I expected which was not necessarily a flaw. Classy Effort.
