  Por copas. La interpretación de la exclusividad por parte de Pomal es esta elaboración de menos de tres mil botellas monovarietales de Tempranillo con una graduación alcohólica de 15%. En nariz se vuelca más hacia lo floral (violetas) que hacía lo frutal. Plenamente balsámico con notas de chocolate y regaliz. Escasa mineralidad salvo una fuerte sensación arcillosa. Cálido al paladar, estructurado, denso, concentrado, extractado, tánico. Muy lejos de expresar terruño con este carácter internacional. En mi modesta opinión, Bilbainas no quiere terminar de definir su línea a seguir. Quiere el dinero de ambos mundos. tradicional y moderno. Hace bien.
