  • Goldenrod with green highlights. Not a shy wine - rich and spicy all around. Velvety texture. Flavors a bit monolithic until introduced to food (pizza with sausage seems to work well, but I say that to all the girls).
    The following day: More developed flavor profile and a long, pleasingly dry finish.
