Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Pretty blah. Ice cold. Muted strawberry fruit aromas. Medium body. You can feel some ABV in the mix. Bit and chewy. Cerasuolo continues to be misdiagnosed as a rose. Per Sab DP, in Abruzzi Wines, there is the white, the red (Cerasuolo) and the Black (montepulciano). There’s a skunky, Bordeaux Blanc aromas. More than 7 hours on the skins.
