  Pale coppery pink. Nose waxy, peach and orange pith with some florals. Palate surprisingly rich body, dry stone fruit and stony mineral flavor, shimmering acidity on finish. Good with spicy salsa and fatty tacos, very decent complexity and great QPR. 91 pts

  50% Nero d’Avola, 50% Syrah.
  Vineyard: Dispensa, with limy, chalky soil at 65-75 m.
  De-stalked, soft pressed, brief maceration of 1-2 hrs.
  Stainless steel vats fermentation (as in making white wine).
  12.5% Abv.
  
  A(ccuracy)=2: Med light peach/salmon. Fruity, floral fragrance.
  B(alance)=2: Delicate fruit under firm acid structure.
  C(omplexity)=2: Fresh berries, pomegranate, melons.
  D(epth)=1: Vibrant mouth feel, Average length and finish.
