I always like Thomas Fogarty wines. Old school and not fashionable but excellent quality. I found this one in my cellar. 13% alcohol, still fairly lean profile but nice cranberry, raspberry nose and flavor. Herbal as well. Very high acid. I would guess some stem inclusion given the herbal flavors, but I don’t know much about this one. It needs a solid decant to show well. I only did 30 minutes and it wasn’t enough. It got much more complex over the next hour. I only have one of these, so I won’t get to comment again.
