2/2019 BBQ.. smokey, still pretty hot even after being open for 1 day. Intense dark black cherries, cured meats, dark berry fruit. Opulent. Needs cellar time.
10/2020 intense hotness from before has definitely mellowed out. Dark fruits still present. Finishes with a little sour/bitter touch. Typical Syrah spice now showing compared to initial. Inky , opaque. Great legs on the glass. Drinking pretty well now but probably would be even more nuanced next year. Thank god for Coravin!

Wow! Drinking beautifully now. Lush full body and very jammy, especially for a Syrah! Wish we had more!

Don't remember exact tasting, but I would not have bought the bottle when tasting at the storefront if I didn't like it already.
