P&p; more expressive with 30+ minutes of air in the bottle and then gets increasingly interesting over the course of five hours. Pungent, spicy/tobacco, floral, strongly saline. Lightly gamy (with air). Light in weight (and color) but with some roundness to the texture. Good acidity. Low on tannins. The Viognier is clearly discernible yet seamlessly integrated. Tasty/moreish (I love the salinity) and highly characterful wine with a unique profile; one of those times when it's hard to stop smelling the empty glass when the bottle is finished. Good stuff.
