As gold as gold can be in colour. Initially sweet rich fruit but dominated by excess acidity. This does tone down a bit with time and balances out but never really got the feeling this was Chablis and more a confused chardonnay. It's okay but the vintage, vineyard and producer should have resulted in more.

NobleRottersSydney - Burgundy (360 Bar & Dining, Sydney): {cork, 13%} [Greg] Should have had this before the Chassagne. Little oak here, but a bright honey note instead. Dry and crunchy on the palate, with some density too. It’s not exactly crisp, more like liquid chalk in character. Medium/full bodied, with flowery flavours and hints of lime and honey. I can’t taste the oak if it’s here. Doesn’t have much presence beyond the mid-palate though. Medium length finish. Could use another five years to mature a little.

Right bank, best balance so far. Seashell-ish. Lots of charm. No wheat paste, more chisled.
