Meaningfully different than the previous 3 bottles I have had (not as good). So much so, that I suspect this bottle was not as good as the others due to simple "bottle variation" because i drank the others recently. Regardless, if you got 'em, you should drink 'em.

This bottle represents exactly the balance of flavors I seek in a white Burgundy. There is some richness there, but there is also acidity -- not enough to make it sharp or tart, just enough to complement the fullness. I put the bottle in the fridge, took it out, opened it, and let it sit and open for 30 min or so. Over the next 60 minutes or so, the wine opened up very nicely. Just great. I just ordered 6 more.

Wow, this is what I call a white burg QPR. A nose of white flowers and roasted nuts gave way to creme brulee, lemon oil and a touch of buttery oak on the finish. Perfect compliment to the almond encrusted Dover Sole we had for dinner. Purchased at CW during the Kacher tasting, glad I have another bottle but wish I could find more at the price I paid.

For some, this bottle would be too rich (or slightly oxidized). To me, it is perfectly ready to go, although I think there is not much time left.
