From memory. Decanted for 1h in wine fridge. Flowers, some honeysuckle, apples, unripe pears, tons of minerals with excellent acids that give the wine lift and life. Always so good and always regret not buying more. I definitely prefer the dry versions of scheurebe and Weltner and Laible make my favorite renditions thus far.

I haven't had a huge number of Scheurebe wines, but Weltner's are my favorite to date. Dry, honeyed with floral, herbal and mineral notes, it is captivating to savor and a good foil to food.

This is little changed from a year ago - green apple, citrus, and strong mineral acidity on the finish. Still excellent, and an excellent value at a little under $30.

Juicy, crisp, dry and fruity with a hint of minerals in the finish. Seems like it could be a bit more giving, but this probably needs some cellar time.

Excellent as before - I need to keep my hands off a few of these to see whether they improve with age.
