Very light golden in color with a green tint. On the nose citrus, grapefruits, green apples, earth, herbs, black pepper, spices and bitter vegetables. Medium-bodied with medium-plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing.Dry on the palate with limes, grapefruits, citrus, green apples, light oak, spices, herbs, bitter vegetables and peppercorn.Tangy finish with bitter almonds and limes. This is a very nice white Bordeaux. Crisp and good right out of the bottle. Even better after some air time. This 4 year old is drinking very nicely now which is nice to see. Nicely balanced, and still fresh and crisp. Good by itself and better with food. I paired it with meats and cheeses. paired very nicely with the duck liver Pâté. A blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Sémillon. Aged in French oak barrels (33% new). 12.5% alcohol by volume. 89 points. $27.
A splash of lemon, lime and white peach hits the nose. On the palate, the wine combines oily textures with a sweet and tart lemon finish.
