  • Delicious, fruit forward yet restrained, good acidity, intergrated tannins, beautiful sipper, just a smidge hot (but at 15% makes sense).

  • Decanted approximately 1 hour. Deep, rich, purplish red color. Full body. Deeply extracted fruit with a very long and complex finish. Continued to evolve in the glass over two hours. Delicious on its own, the wine showed its best when paired with rich meat dishes. Should have bought more of this! This wine will continue to improve over the next 3-5 years.
