  Your First zip. - Dry, raspzy, grasy tones. And bitterness.
  But all that spicy smell and taste makes it a very good food-wine. Matching wintershrimp and White seawater fish.
  IT also shows as Riesling-like oilyness in a medium long aftertaste. With a little bit of Mature lemon skin.
  I love this wine. We have to fil UP the cellar on our next trip on May down there.
  A good G.Traminer with lot of SUN.
