  • An early trade sample bottle of this limited edition, 500 cases only sauvignon blanc from Spy Valley. It's almost colourless, just a hint of pale straw. The nose is tropical, melon and steely. Lovely smooth, dry palate, with great balance of acidity and good fruit levels. Overall, it comes across as a classy wine with only a light hint of oak, so will suit those who don't like their wines too oaky. I'm guessing this will be about £20 in the UK, so not inexpensive.
