  For my taste, the best Riesling that I had in the past year. Incredible stony minerality (producer's note said, it "recognize(s) the mineral basalt structure of the pitchstone"); a bit of residual sweetness, fruit, acid, some saltiness in the palate, and slight yeasty notes - everything in perfect balance. I could drink this all day.
