Field blend of Pinot Blanc, Welschriesling, Chardonnay, Scheurebe and Müller-Thurgau. Spent 2 years in an old oak barrels. Minimum sulphur addition.
Aromas and flavours very similar to the 2007 review. High acidity. There is a nice touch of oak in the finish. Typical Steiermark. Delicious. Probably at it's best. Drink now.
Pairs well with a salmon filet.
Overall: Outstanding value for a basic wine of the winery.
