Tropical fruit, well integrated spice notes and a nice vein of acidity on the finish makes this so lovely to consume. An intellectual wine and fun to drink all at the same time. Layers upon layers of goodness. I don’t think the Stonestreet Chardonnays get the attention they deserve. Good juice.

Just really disappointed in the style changes at Stonestreet from where they were in the late 2000's. This came across as a buttery mess. Either my tastes have changed (which is likely) but this was definitely not the chardonnay I fell in love with at the winery. Initially drank too cold. Got a little better as it warmed up. Short finish. Hoping my Broken Road and Upper Barn bottles are better that I have remaining in my cellar.

Apple, lemon and bake bread come tougher in this well balanced Chardonnay. Medium weight with good depth and structure. Good juice.
