  From Wine Library. Lots of character and depth of flavor. Pretty chewy for a rosé. Fruit driven, juicy strawberries. Brought this to a 9 course Chef Table and had no idea what would come out other than "seasonal local"fare. Needless to say this paired tremendously with everything from seafood (clean shellfish to heavier umami flavors) to mushrooms to roasted chicken. It would probably hold its own paired w heavier meals like burgers and pizza. Wish our bottle was even more chilled down, probably even more refreshing! Regret not grabbing more bottles!
