Central coast Chardonnay made in what I’d say is more of a leaner, Chablis style. They call this style “pure”. No oak was used, aged in stainless steel. Very nice floral and Granny Smith apples aroma, that carries through to the palate. Nice mid weight finish. Really enjoyable with our grilled chicken and arugula salad.
If you prefer a more traditional style of Chardonnay, this is a good one. A little pricey, though at around $50.

This is an amazing wine. Served it with grilled halibut. The flavor is so full and beautiful. Unlike most chards we’ve had. Want to buy more. Worth price for a a special occasion.
