PnP with no air. Drank nice out of the gate, medium-full bodied with definitely a bit of heat and drying tannins. Day 2 after Vacuvin it was silky smooth, indicating this has plenty in the tank for 3-5 years. Delicious

Pnp. Dark purple-garnet in colour. Nose of red licorice with crushed red cherries with some prunes and a hint of smoke. Spicy black cherries with touches of tobacco and blackberries are noted on the palate; tannins are still noticed. This to me is a straight fruit forward drinker which is fine by me. Medium+ bodied with a short-medium finish. Not as hot when I first tasted this in Dec 2019.

Ripe and big black fruit, slightly sweet and still faintly tannic. Everything manages to come together nicely, but with a few rough edges. Good now.

Ripe black fruit with slightly sweet spice. Good density, moderate nuance, but certainly fun now.

Dusty, sour cherry, ripe plum, cigar box, sweet tobacco and garrigue. Tannins are resolved. Drinking well now with good energy and lift.
