30 minute decant at cellar temperature. Bright red fruits on the nose with some cocoa dust. Rich palate but not overwhelming. Good balance of red fruit, soil and minerality. Lovely long finish. Great QPR.

I should have decanted this. Drank over several nights and it continued to improve. I suspect it has not nearly reached its peak as well. Mike, the vintner, was kind enough to contribute it to the Avenue Scholars' Dinner in Omaha, NE on 11/15/18
