Received from a friend in Germany. Very interesting Rose. Acidic and crisp. Got better with time in the decanter. Quite enjoyable. Can’t tell if this was better earlier based on the reviews.

2017 Enderle & Mull Spatburgunder -Rosé. Alc 12.5. More red than pink but clear. Nose of crushed flowers and strawberries Palate follows with strawberry cream notes. Crisp

Drinking really well with a gone in 60 seconds thing going on.
While a rose I tend to feel it’s closer to a red wine, just a shade lighter.
A bit greener leaner side with the stem feel to it and I know some are not so keen on ‘17, I am on the opposite side. They are drinking really well and perhaps a bit more herbal but the energy and tension E&M always deliver is there.
