  Purchased in Burgundy at a reasonable price and ready for drinking now.
  
  No tannin remained in the bottle, but no aroma was impaired due to ageing. The fragrance was composed of cherry and a little animal. In short, the characteristic feature of the wine lied in its 'elegance' allowing you to enjoy drinking it with sophisticated taste in food.
