  A very pale yellow with some slightly greenish hues. Pear and lime on the nose, followed by vanilla and oak. Bit of graphite. On the palate, there’s baked pear and honey, with highlights of zingy lime zest and ginger and a beautiful minerality coursing through the whole thing. Slight touch of smoke at the very end. The texture is supple and refined, perfectly balanced against the fresh acidity and the subtle influence of the oak.
