Red-purple still. Really lovely pronounced white pepper note on this. Juicy. Long. Darker red fruits. Fresh and a little crunchy. This is really well made and I really like this a lot. Second bottle I've had of this (last one in August 2019). I probably should try and age them, but they are just so enjoyable already. I have a couple left of this vintage I think, so will try and let it go a bit. I don't think there has been massive development in the last couple of years. Lovely though.

Dinner at MingHin (Chicago, IL): This is made in that post-modern, fun, juicy syrah style. There's a slight hint of carbonic, but the syrah spice elements are there for sure, with some black pepper and some of that blue fruit. The palate is easy-going, with fresh acidity. Not complex, but quite drinkable.

Dark red to deeper fruits. Lovely note of pepper - black. Pretty rich, yet smooth. I like it, but it feels a bit young. Be interesting to see

Rather young and a little funky. Lacking characteristics of Syrah
