  This one strides confidently into the room and declares "yeah, Corbieres.... so what????". Packed with southern French flavours which are then reigned in and dialled down and controlled so that you end up in the glass with a wine of refinement mixed with the slightly wild edges (and a slightly natural tang) that give freshness and poise. Fantastic.
