First taste was over-the-top butterscotch with almost a buttermilk creamy mouthfeel but then settled down to a wonderful Napa-Chard with green apple, medium acidity and a slight tingle/minerality on the finish. Once we got past the butterscotch bomb, it was very good with fried chicken and cornbread. We'd do it again....
