By the glass over lunch at Ginett. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, yellow lemon colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of brine, seashells, green lime. Youthful. On the palate, dry, mouth-watery high acidity, medium- alcohol (12.5%), medium- body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of pungent briney seawater, tidal-pool,seashells, citrus green lime. Medium finish. Very good quality. No generous fruits here, or impactful intensity, but the minerality here is the focus and it is so classic. Lithe body makes this so easy to drink. Petit Chablis is excellent value! Great drink on a hot day.
