  • "Meerspinne" is a parcel of the Grand Cru vineyard "Mandelgarten" and has limestone soil.

Has a lot of depth in the nose, ripe fruit (peach, apricot, yellow apple) are in balance with stony notes and floral aspects, very complex. Begins discreetly, then spreads to the palate, which has a creamy structure, delicate tannins, fresh acidity and lots of energy. Tastes of the finest peach fruit, herbs and salty minerality, ends very long and bone dry.

It will take a lot of time, but it will be great and could be a real sleeper!
