Rockss and Fruit

    (Clos Roche Blanche Cabernet) Huge nose of flowers, red fruits and a nice dose of minerals. Very complex almost Burgundian aromas. Ripe and tannic with a huge mid palate and then a thundering finish with loads of fruit, tannin and acidity. Tart but very ripe fruit but it works with the bright acids. Long finish that really soaks the fruit and mineral on. Great stuff
