I like it, just can’t figure it out. Heavier than most Albarino’s, and missing the minerality of Albariño’s I’ve drank. A big wine with a heavy mouthfeel. On the pallet there’s ripe lemon and green pears. Should pair well with grilled fish or shellfish, probably great with Oysters.

Very good again, though this bottle seemed a tad less well balanced as there was an acid edge on the finish that had a bit of a bite to it. Still a rebuy and fine example of varietal.

On the sweeter side, with a roundness to the mouthfeel. Notes of lemon zest, pear, and seashells. A strong acid backbone keeps it from feeling flabby. It has an unusual creaminess for an Albariño, making it different from others that I have tried. Great QPR.

4th of six bottles over the past few years. One of my favorites and it has aged nicely. Crisp, peach-pear notes and really balanced. High quality white at a lower price point than French counterparts.
