  Direkt vor dem Probieren geöffnet
  - Farbe: Goldgelb. Konzentriert für einen R.
  - Intensive Frucht im Geruch. Nicht zur Zitrus, sondern auch Pfirsch.
  - Super konzentriet und intensiv im Geschmack. Cremig! Auch reife Früchte dabei aber nicht exotisch. Gelb und weiße Frucht, aber gereift.
  - Kein Mainstream und eher etwas, was ohne Essen zu genießen ist. Muss man sich die Zeit für nehmen.

  I was not prepared for this wine. I expected an exceptional German Riesling, but after almost two years on the full lees, this is rather different, very structured and subtle. Brioche, flint, candied stone fruits, very creamy on the palate, so complex that I cannot put this into words, really. I believe this is Champions League, but next time (not before 2022) I will decant and use a larger glass.
