  The Champagne was outstanding with bubbles abound. It looks caramel colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like grapefruit and lemon. It tastes like grapefruit, lemon and peach. The body is light and has a bit juicy texture. The Champagne finishes short with medium acidity.
