  • Seventh wine at the Friday Auction Tasting for the Cape Winemakers Guild and fifth still white wine. This is made up of 100% Chenin Blanc by Bruwer Raats from Stellenbosch. Aged for a total of eleven months with separate aging for nine months. The first half in new oak French oak and the rest in stainless steel. Only 61 cases produced with 46 being auctioned in 2018.

Light to medium greenish yellow in appearance. A bit mute on the nose with some floral and spiced notes. Medium acidity (7/10) and light plus bodied. Good amount of minerals and lemon zest with a nice mouthfeel. Medium plus finish. Drink till 2025.
