  very ripe, very sweet. Heavy notes of grilled meats, and lots of pine needle.

  Deep inky purple in color. This is ready to drink for sure--tannins have smoothed and integrated nicely. This is a Merlot & Cab Franc blend. Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and blackberry notes. Not as full-bodied as the Isosceles, but very nice in its own right. Paired beautifully with roast leg of lamb.

  Warm, high alcohol, still lots of oak aroma. some fruit. Very thick and full body. little lack of acidity. some residual sugar.
