  Tasted on a Thursday evening when we had 2/3 of the bottle, then re-corked it and placed it in the refrigerator, finishing the bottle Saturday evening. The wine is a light to medium yellow with a slightly greenish tinge. It is medium bodied with a soft, rich mouth feel but very zippy with acidity. It has a slightly creamy lemon and floral nose. There is a very nice, rather strong mineral and flinty flavor profile that also has the lemon and touch of pear. The finish is really quite long (easily 25-30 seconds) and emphasizing the smokey minerals and lemon. I liked this a lot more than I expected and even more so on Saturday than on Thursday. I suspect this will age nicely and be quite enjoyable up to 8-10 years old.
