CT Tasting Group (Spencer's HOuse): Nose had me thinking vouvray / Loire chenin blanc; steely and seemingly semi-sweet. The consistency in the glass also lead me to think aged vouvray – gold colored and slightly viscous. The palate showed completely different than the nose; charred wood / pencil and burned sugar. With air there was a faint element of residual sugar. Nicely balanced with a medium finish.

TTTG Blind: Very pretty nose. Ripe peach, baked peach pie, hint of sweetness. Very little left on the palate. Past its prime.

APRICOTS, PEARS, PINEAPPLES, FLORAL, AND A TOUCH OF SPICE IN THE NOSE AND FLAVOR. MEDIUM LENGTH FINISH.
