  Had high hopes but just another decent Italian BDX blend. A bit jammy, certainly not built for aging. Drinking window closing so drink up.

  So this is why Jimmy James Suckling loses a lot of credibility around here - no effing way this is 95 pts, in my wildest dreams. Solid value blend - yes, good dark berried fruit and tannic structure to last a few years - sure. Believe the WL hype? - "delivers all the power and prestige of the likes of Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Guado al Tasso and Tignanello, but for a fraction of the price!!!" Uh, no flippin' way folks, it is quite good @ $20 btl, and enjoy the herbal playfulness off the soft tart fruits, but this is no 95 and will not change your life, surprise surprise. Day 2 - this is showing a better, going to modify to 89-91+ perhaps JS let's it breathe longer? Either way, it IS showing better structure, some depth with mocha-espresso, and a hit of licorice/mint for some added complexity. D*mn you JS!!!
