  • Very sophisticated with striking flower/honey aromas and perfect acidity. Delicious honey and pear coulis flavors shine on the palate. Both lush and racy at the same time, with a harmonious balance. Flavors reminiscent of great Sauternes, but with a leaner, less unctuous character. Note that this is an ice wine and not botrytised, which accounts for much of its distinctive character. An unusual wine for the Willamette Valley, which is typically too warm for optimum ice wine conditions. Very good price point for the quality level. Highly recommended.
