May Day at Maison Dakota. Tasted blind. Appearance is not clear, sediments, pale ijtensity, brown colour. Some legs. Nose medium+ intensity, with tertiary aromas of dried tea leaves, forest floor, caamel. Developed. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium- alcohol, completely resolved tannins, medium- body. Medium- flavur intensity, with flavours of caramel, dried tea leaves, salt. Medium- finish. On the cusp of turning to vinegar.
