  • Revisiting after a year. I do not rate this time, because of nail polish, which I consider to be a flaw. But beside that the wine is well structured, full of tension and energy, vibrating acidity.

  • Nail polish
Sour Cherry and Raspberry (sort of Jammy ans Roasted)
    Rhubarb
    Fresh aroma like Green Apple
    Violet and Rose petal
    Very Musky

medium body and high acidity, weightless
It may feel lean, but it has a rich flavor and is well structured, including ripe tannins.
    Easy drinking but good potential

It's not a lot of complexities,
Can be an alternative Natural or Biodynamic Burgundy Pinot Noir
    (like Prieure Roch and Bizot)

  • Fantastic! So fragrant and rich, dramatic nose with raspberry jam and beetroot juice with earthy saltiness. On the palate broad, lively, bursting with sour cherries and white plums, salty aftertaste typical for wines made with no added sulfites. Very long and grippy, yet clean and light. Very varietal character, great Pinot with texture, depth and load of energy.
