Second of three blind whites. The nose smells like some kind of weird combination of cotton candy, tropical fruit and bubble gum. The finish has the same super confected taste - it's as if someone distilled the tell-tale PYCM oak sign and made it into a wine. It's Chardonnay, but not especially oxidative, though there's not too much acidity on this. A thoroughly puzzling wine, and one that I didn't enjoy - I don't want candied notes in my Chardonnay. Ultimately guessed a weird Maconnais white, maybe Vire Clesse based on a touch of residual sugar. Oh, it's a natural Jura. Right then. Next.

Light hazy yellow color. On the nose, oxydative, citrusy, hay. Nice complexity, delicate and refined. The wine evolves and is multilayered. Texture is very well balanced between rich, and crisp. Palate shows grapefruit, saline and chalky notes, some hay. Good minerality too.

Too young but such a great potential. Fresh yuzu juice and zest, English sweets, fresh bread and crushed rocks on the nose, this is a bit shy on the palate, but acid core is present with mineral and saline notes. Great length but this is not fully together.

Flowers, white and yellow fruits (pear and peach), slightly creamy with marzipan and nuts. Delicious.
