So good. Spicy cherry aromatics. Cherry and raspberry fruit with accents of earth, tobacco, and a touch of salinity on the finish. The total package with an ABV of just over 13%.

Never expected to drink this as young as it is but while being under order to stay home it was one of the wines I had on the list if needed to drink so no better time than now! Fresh and vibrant on the nose with dark cherry, pomegranate and some spice but not much. Ruby red and clear.
Med- acid, alcohol is in check and tannins are soft. Med body with a plush silky mouthfeel.
Rich red fruit but so balanced for the age on this it is exceptional. When tasted at release into the tasting room would not have rated as high but this has really blossomed. Although I usually like more age on my wine I would be wrong to say to hold, as this is drinking so well now I would hate to miss out on this if it doesn’t improve!

Deovlet Wines (Deovlet Winery San Luis Obispo): More Burgundian than Zotovich. Reminded of a ripe Gevrey Chambertin. Generous nose of red and black fruits, pomegranate, cherry, cola, sassafras. The palate has heft without weight and an elegant finish. 30% whole clusters and one feels the structure. 92-94
