  The wine looks inky colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry jam, prune, cherry, mineral, strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, black currant (cassis), sandalwood, vanilla, violet, lavender and meaty.
  It tastes like blackberry, blueberry, raspberry, black currant (cassis), prune, strawberry jam, espresso, sandalwood, vanilla and chocolate. The body is medium/full. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

  Decanted for two hours before pouring. Black currant, black cherry and subtle blueberry with mint, tobacco violet and chocolate. Medium plus finish with high alcohol and well integrated tannins. A nice cab, seems to be in a good spot right now.

  Aromas of creme de cassis, dark chocolate, violets and hints of tobacco leaf. Medium to full bodied, this comes off as a very refined version of GIII. Has good concentration, but its real high points are how it dances on the palate with suave texture and graceful balance. Black and blue fruit with bitter chocolate highlight a flavor profile built on purity. Refined and well integrated tannins bring it through to a medium length finish. This is very good. It doesn't quite get the depth and extraction of a Myriad GIII, but is a bit more classy.

  Still young. Think it needs a few years to show its stuff. Won’t open my next bottle until ‘22
