Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 94 points

  • Clean and pure, with a subtle richness that fills the palate with wonderfully fresh notes of yellow citrus and pumice. Mid-palate and back end are medium-to-full; the balance is impeccable here. A bit linear in terms of full flavor expansion overall, but enough excitement to keep you coming back for another sip. Focus and purity are most notable here. 94+ points. Hold for another few years to develop complexity.

I will say this...QPR-wise at $160-200, this performs a hair under what I'd expect given the supposed pedigree. It's a very good wine, even an excellent wine. I just don't know that it's an emotionally captivating wine that I just can't live without kind of deal.
